Letter from the CEO
Dear Friends:
As you might have noticed, The
LifeCare Connection has been given a bit of a makeover.
Basically, we wanted to make the publication more
valuable in terms of the news and information we share with you
while also making it easier to navigate through each issue. To that
end, we've created some new “sections” (such as the Promotion &
Utilization Tips and Real Life, Real Solutions sections) and we've
grouped the articles a little differently to make it easier for
you to quickly find information that interests you most.
I'd like to call your attention to one change, in
particular: it's a new section of the publication called Promotion
& Utilization Tips. Most of the articles you'll find in this
section refer specifically to LifeCare services and programs. Although
many of you aren't LifeCare clients (yet!), we believe the articles
you'll find here are valuable because they apply broadly to work/life
programs and employee benefits in general. For example, the second
article in this issue's Promotion & Utilization Tips section
is all about LifeCare's work/life promotional campaign. Even if
you aren't a LifeCare client, this piece may give you some useful
ideas on how to promote or enhance your current work/life offeringsor
even how to promote other benefit programs to your employees.
We hope you like the format changes. And we hope
you and your employees have an enjoyable and productive summer!
As always, we're interested in knowing how we can
better serve you, so e-mail us at connection@lifecare.com,
fax us at 203-291-3571, or call us at 800-873-4636 4636 to share
ideas and offer feedback.
Sincerely,

Peter G. Burki, CEO
