For One Client, a Communications Barrier Led
to Greater Success
One of our manufacturing clients recently overcame
a classic communications challenge: how to promote LifeCare's services
to associates who do not work at a desk and are often “offline”
during regular hours. So, how did they solve this problem?
They worked with the LifeCare Communications Team
to develop a multi-media approach, which included:

utilizing a “news crawl” style text feed
similar to the crawls you see during the news on stations such
as CNN;

a home mailing to spouses who often are
the primary caregiver and are unaware of the full scope of LifeCare's
services;

and a series of articles written exclusively
for their monthly newsletter. |
Not only has utilization increased for this client
but we were able to reach many employees who previously thought
that LifeCare was primarily a benefit for employees expecting babies
or who had children.
