William Wolfe Joins LifeCare as Vice President
of Operations
William Wolfe joined LifeCare in February as vice
president of operations, responsible for overseeing the organization's
award-winning Call Center and for leading the company's efforts
in service delivery, quality assurance, and network development
and logistics. In addition, Wolfe will lead the upcoming launch
of LifeCare's Benefits Communication service, which will offer members
and employees at client organizations a single point of contact
and expertise for all of their benefits
(medical, dental, vision, work/life, wellness, etc.).
Prior to joining LifeCare, Wolfe worked for Cigna
Corporation for 11 years, most recently holding the position of
operations director for the company's contact center operations
support group. He held other director-level positions within Cigna's
operations department in the areas of benefits, contracts, COBRA
administration, employer services, eligibility and its customer
service call center. Before joining Cigna, Wolfe served as vice
president of customer service with National Westminster Bank Corporation,
and he was vice president in ITT Corporation's job training services
area.
Wolfe graduated from the United States Military
Academy in West Point, NY, with a Bachelor of Science degree in
Engineering. Additionally, he has done graduate work in Finance
and Educational Leadership. Wolfe resides in Wading River, New York.
