How do you register?
There are three easy ways to register your programs and services
with LifeCare:

and indicate that you are a provider who would like to register with us. Our
research and development department will take you through the registration
process.

How do I get my program into LifeCare's database?
Our research and development department will verify the registration
information and ask you about your program. For example, they will inquire about
fees, licensing, capacity, services and/or activities offered, and days and
hours of operation. If your program meets the licensing requirements in your
state, LifeCare will then add a profile of your program to our database for
use by our LifeCare specialists.
How often will LifeCare call me to verify information?
As a nationwide counseling, education and referral service,
LifeCare works with employees and their families across the United States, so,
naturally, we will not be calling you all of the time. When working with clients
in your area, our LifeCare specialists will first determine what the employees
needs are and then search our database to identify the most appropriate providers.
If your program meets a clients needs, LifeCare specialists will call
you to verify the information and inquire about openings/availability. Our inquiries
about your program are purely for informational purposes so that we may help
employees choose the right programs for themselves and their family members.
How do LifeCare referrals work?
Once LifeCare specialists determine that your program is a
viable option for their clients, they will send them a printed referral describing
your program. Our clients will then contact you directly if your program interests
them. Remember, if you decide for any reason that you do not want us to refer
your program any longer, contact us, or let us know next time we call youand
we will remove you from our database.
Can I offer discounts to LifeCare clients?
Yes. Simply call LifeCare at 800-873-4636 to discuss the terms
of your discount arrangements with our research and development staff who will
enter this information into our provider database. When we refer your program
to our clients, we will tell them all about the cost savings! This is a great
way for you to competitively market your program.
